This Customer Policy sets the working principles between LV Strategist and clients to ensure a transparent and effective experience. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Scope of services
• Study counselling, admissions/scholarship support, and pre-/post-arrival guidance.
• Visa application support aligned with public guidance (no immigration advice).
• Skills Assessment advisory: strategy, documentation, and status tracking.
• 1–1 career mentorship: CV/LinkedIn, job-search strategy, interview coaching.
• Additional services as mutually agreed in writing.
Client eligibility & responsibilities
• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information per checklist.
• Ensure authenticity of documents and their lawful origin.
• Respect review/approval deadlines to maintain the agreed timeline.
Service standards (reference SLAs)
• Appointment confirmation: within 1 business day.
• Email/message response: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/public holidays).
• Turnaround for deliverables (SOP/CV/forms, etc.): as per agreed project timeline.
• Progress updates: at key milestones or upon material changes.
Workflow

Kick-off: goals review, service agreement, and timeline alignment.

Preparation: checklist issued, document collection, requirement clarification.

Execution: drafting – review – revisions per the agreed feedback rounds.

Submission & tracking: status updates and responses to RFIs (if any).

Handover & aftercare: final pack, next-step guidance, and post-service support.
Payments
• Pricing/terms are stated in the contract or service confirmation.
• Instalments (deposit/milestones) as agreed; late payment may affect timelines.
• Service fees exclude third-party charges (school/visa fees, medicals, insurance, certified translations, etc.).
Refunds / changes / cancellations
• Follow the contract in force at the time of signing.
• Work already delivered is chargeable; applied promotions/credits may be adjusted/deducted.
• Scope or schedule changes may incur fees; both parties will confirm before proceeding.
Responsibilities & commitments
• LV Strategist protects confidentiality, operates within the agreed scope, and is transparent about risks and limitations.
• Clients are responsible for document authenticity and timely feedback.
Privacy & data protection
• We safeguard data per our Privacy Policy and only share with relevant parties when necessary to deliver services or as required by law.
Content ownership
• Materials authored/edited by LV Strategist (SOPs, CVs, letters, etc.) are licensed for the client’s application purposes; not to be redistributed to third parties without consent.
Limitations & disclaimers
• Admissions, scholarships, visas, Skills Assessment, and hiring decisions rest with competent authorities/employers; we do not guarantee outcomes.
• LV Strategist does not provide immigration or legal advice.
Complaints & dispute resolution
• Send feedback to contact@lvstrategist.com; we acknowledge within 1 business day and propose a resolution within 3–5 business days.
• Disputes, if any, will be addressed in good faith; governing mechanisms follow applicable laws.
